HI, I'M SARA
This work didn’t begin as a profession—it began as lived necessity.
There was a point in my life when everything felt stuck—nothing was moving, nothing was working, and effort only led to more resistance. In that moment, it became clear that force and struggle were no longer the way forward. There had to be another way to create change—one rooted in clarity, alignment, and inner stability rather than exhaustion.
My path has been shaped by deep self-discovery, lived experience, and years of intentional inner work. Through this process, I developed the clarity, discipline, and energetic skill to work at the root level of healing—rather than managing symptoms.
What I bring into this work comes from experience, not theory. I understand what it means to move through emotional density, inherited patterns, and identity shifts—and to emerge with stronger boundaries, clearer self-trust, and a deeper sense of inner authority.
This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you are beneath conditioning, survival strategies, and stories that were never yours to carry.
With over 7 years of experience supporting women worldwide, I help clients rise into clarity, empowerment, and deep feminine strength.

• I’m a certified rescue scuba diver and free diver.
